well, i give up. it's kinda hard to think of the hanyu pinying and the right word to use.
haha. well, yesterday was a tiring day!
For wellness programme, we had to do 3 sets of pumping each for warm up & cooling down, not to mention cardio, strength & circuit.
oh man, how could i take it ! i hate pumping!
went home, bathed, changed & out.
